COCONUTTY BRUNCY BISCUITS
1/4 cup butter melted
1/2 cup nuts chopped
1 cup flaked coconut
2/3 package brown sugar
3 tablespoon milk
2 packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375. Add nuts, coconut, brown sugar, and milk to melted butter; mix well. Spread mixture to bottom of deep dish baker. Separate biscuits and arrange in single layer over coconut mixture. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top of biscuits. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Carefully invert onto serving plate. Serve warm.
