     In the name of God Amen. Rowland Williams of the County of Manatee and State of Florida being of sound and disposing mind and memory, praised be God for the sane, and being desirous of settling my worldly affairs, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testamony. That is to say 
      
     First - I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Nancy Ann, all my stock of cattle. Swallow fork poplar leaf in one ear branded W, together with all my household and kitchen furniture with all my other possessions during her natural life, and at her death, to be equally divided among my four youngest children, Andrew Jackson, Rebecca Ellen, Thomas, Memphis Meridian named as aboved.
     To all my other children the sum of five dollars each. I also hereby appoint my beloved wife sole executor. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal in Manatee County this 27th day of January AD 1867
