The Construction Begins
(Or should I say demolition begins?)
The Road To A New Family Room . . .
 | Here is what the back side our our house looked like before we got started. The deck was really a nice size, but a headache to keep painted and clean. | |
But not to worry! It is coming out! The demolition has begun! |  |
 | But this is just the beginning. There is a long road ahead of us. |
Well, that looks different! We will be adding a family room on the right side of the house and the palm trees are just where I want the sofa to go. |  |
 | We took the fence down so that the large backhoe could get into the back yard. |
The truck arrived with the new palm trees that would be planted along our east fence row. |  |
 | The first thing to move was the trees that were sitting where I want the sofa to go. |
They were really large and heavy and had to be rolled over to their new location. |  |
 | At last, they are raised into their new location. |
