We have arrived!!!
Lauren is called out at the plate. It was
a perfect throw from left field.
When the coach says go, you gotta go.
The Lady Eagles surprised Jacksonville Episcopal by coming from behind
twice and winning, to advance to the state 2A championship game.
North Florida Christian 5
Jacksonville Episcopal 4
Lauren goes 2 for 3 and takes a walk, against Trinity Prep in the state
2A championship.
After a run of base hits in the first two innings, Trinity Prep goes
up by seven.
NFC fights back but the end comes too soon. The final score:
North Florida Christian 4
Trinity Prep 9
It was a heartbreaker and some of the smiles were hard, but
North Florida Christian took second place at State.
