-A.A. Milne
In the first chapter, Pooh's taste for honey takes him up, up, and away when he disguises himself as a small black cloud in a blue sky to sneak up on some bees.
Pooh's love of honey gets him into a really sticky situation when he eats so much that he can't get out of the door to Rabbit's house.
"...So he started to climb out of the hole. He pulled with his back paws, and in a little while his nose was out in the open again...and then his ears...and then his front paws...and then his shoulders...and then-
"Oh, help! said Pooh.
"...Oh, help and bother!"
Pooh and Piglet track Woozle footprints in the snow as they circle around and around a tree.
Poor Eeyore has lost his tail and it's up to Pooh to find it.
Pooh and Piglet set out a trap a Heffalump with a pot of honey as bait, but Pooh gets caught in his own sweet trap.
Rabbit, Pooh, and Piglet plaan to capture Baby Roo, but when Piglet takes Roo's place in Kanga's pocket, he's in for the scrub of his life.
Christopher Robin, Pooh, and their friends head out in search of the North Pole. When Pooh finds a long pole lying beside a stream, Christopher Robin announces that their quest is over.
A flood forces Pooh to escape to a broad branch of his tree with his pots of honey, but he must leave his honey behind when he finds a note in a bottle written by Piglet, who is trapped in his house.
Christopher Robin rewards Pooh for saving Piglet from the flood by giving him a special party.

Christopher Robin
Eeyore
"The old great donkey, Eeyore stood by himself in a thistly corner of the forest, his front feet well apart, his head on one side, and thought about things. Sometimes he thought sadly to himself, "Why?" and sometimes he thought, "Wherefore?"
and sometimes he thought, "Inasmuch as which?"- and sometimes he didn't quite know what he was thinking about..."

Owl
Piglet
"The Piglet lived in a very grand house in the middle of a beech-tree, and the beech-tree was in the middle of the forest, and the Piglet lived in the middle of the house."

Tigger's Song
From Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too
Written by: Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman
Performed by: Paul Winchell [Tigger]
The wonderful thing about Tiggers
Is Tiggers are wonderful things
Their tops are made out of rubber
Their bottoms are made out of springs
They're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy
Fun, fun, fun, fun, FUN!
But the most wonderful thing about Tiggers
Is I'm the only one
The wonderful thing about Tiggers
Is Tiggers are wonderful chaps
They're loaded with vim and with vigor
They love to leap in your laps
They're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy pouncy
Fun, fun, fun, fun, FUN
But the most wonderful thing about Tiggers
Is I'm the only one.
Tiggers are wonderful fellahs.
Tiggers are awfully sweet.
Everyone elses is jealous,
And thats why I repeat...
The wonderful thing about Tiggers
Are Tiggers are wonderful things
Their tops are made out of rubber
Their bottoms are made out of springs
They're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy
Fun, fun, fun, fun, FUN!
But the most wonderful thing about Tiggers
Is I'm the only one.
Yes, I'm the only one

Winnie-the-Pooh Song Lyrics
Winnie-the-Pooh
From Winnie The Pooh and the Honey Tree
Written by: Richard M. Sherman and Robert B. Sherman
Deep in the hundred acre wood where Christopher Robin plays
You'll find the enchanted neighborhood of Christopher's childhood days
A donkey named Eeyore is his friend and Kanga and little Roo
There's Rabbit and Piglet and there's Owl, but most of all Winnie -the-Pooh
Winnie-the-Pooh
Winnie the Pooh
Tubby little cubby all stuffed with fluff
He's Winnie-the-Pooh
Winnie-the-Pooh
Willy nilly silly old bear
Winnie-the-Pooh
Winnie-the-Pooh
Tubby little cubby all stuffed with fluff
He's Winnie-the-Pooh
Winnie-the-Pooh
Willy nilly silly old bear
Christopher Robin and I walked along
Under branches lit up by the moon
Posing our questions to Owl and Eeyore
As our days disappeared all too soon.
But I've wandered much further today than I should
And I can't find my
way back to the wood
So help me if you can
I've got to get back
to the House at pooh Corner by one
You'd be surprised
There's so much to be done
Count all the bees in the hive
Chase all the clouds from the sky
Back to the days of Christopher Robin
and Pooh.
Winnie-the-Pooh doesn't know what to do
Got a honey jar stuck on his nose
He came to me asking help and advice
And from here no one knows where he goes
So I sent him to ask of the owl if he's there
How to loosen the jar from the
nose of a bear.
It's hard to explain how a few precious things
Seem to follow throughout all our lives
After all's said and done I was watching my son
Sleeping there with my bear by his side
So I tucked him in, I kissed him
and as I was going
I swear that the old bear whispered,
"Boy welcome home."
Believe me if you can
I've finally come back to the House at Pooh Corner by one
What do you know
There's so much to be done
Count all the bees in the hive
Chase all the clouds in the sky
Back to the days of Christopher Robin
Back to the days of Christopher Robin
Back to the days of Pooh.
