Easy Peanut-Butter Cookies

• 1 cup peanut butter, preferably chunk-style
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix peanut butter and sugar, then stir in remaining ingredients. Shape in 1" balls and put on ungreased cookie sheets. Press with fork to flatten slightly and bake in moderate over (350 degrees) 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen.
