Platter Dip
- 1st layer: 1 can refried beans and 1 package taco seasoning mixed together and spread on a large platter.
- 2nd layer: 2 mashed avocados, 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3-4 Tablespoons mayonnaise, 4 oz. can diced green chilies. Mix together and spread on top of beans.
- 3rd layer: 1 small carton sour cream (low fat is not as good as regular sour cream)
- 4th layer: chopped green onion
- 5th layer: shredded cheddar cheese
- 6th layer: chopped tomatoes
- I like to add a 7th layer: sliced black olives
This makes 2 dinner plates or one very large platter.
