Let me introduce myself. I'm Amy! I work with the Department of Children's Services in my state and I love to cook in my spare time. I have been married 19 years to my very best friend Joel. We have two amazing boys. Jack Carroll is 12 and Noah is 9. We have been host parents to Anika, Elisabeth, Lena, Martina and Alexandra from Germany and Sarah from France. We're a Christian family seeking to serve the Lord Jesus Christ in all we do.

I put together this site of recipes because I enjoy cooking probably more than I enjoy breathing! I also dearly love to share good recipes. This seemed like a great way to do it. I hope you enjoy the recipes you'll find here as much as I enjoyed putting them together. Have fun looking around and may God bless you and yours richly!

My inspiration for making this site is my mom. Moma went home to be with the Lord in October 1995. She was the greatest cook on the planet and instilled in me her love for feeding folks.
