Notes for REVEREND JOHN ELLIOT RUNYAN: Have learned the following information re; my g.g.grandfather, the Rev. John Elliot RUNYAN. He was born in IL. in 1829, became a Methodist clergyman, was married at least twice , fathered at least 10 children, lived for a time in Keokuk Co,IA & also in Washington state. Died 11/11/1906 location unknown at this time.

Soldier died 7 July 1846, his widow applied 21 Feb 1853 Whitley County kY, aged 58, she applied for BLW 9 April 1855
