Border Collies in Rescue have been Spayed/Neutered, or will be accompanied with a Spay/Neuter Contract, temperament tested (where applicable), training in basic manners started(including housebreaking), but not limited to, being heartworm tested.  Submitting this Form is NOT the final stage of adopting a Border Collie...you may be contacted and requested to mail photos of your home, yard, family members, and other companion animals.  The Rescuer will make the final decision on whether you may adopt, and which Border Collie you may adopt.  Thank you for caring about rescues.

Border Collie Rescuers are all volunteers doing the best they can in a crisis situation.  The Border Collie population has exploded in recent years and rescuers are trying to cope with a large, non-stop number of rescues.  If a rescuer has not contacted you within one week of your sumitting this application, please email Dee, using the email button at the bottom of this page.
