I loved it so much in Charlotte, that I just HAD to go back. In November, I went to see Martin perform in a gospel musical, and to visit some of my favorite people. Troy went, too. We were SUPPOSED to fly there together from St. Louis, but... he LEFT without me. Just 'cause I was a little late. Can you believe it? I was 5 hours late getting to Charlotte 'cause of that. SHEESH !! We had a fantastic time - once I got there :o)

The only thing missing was a plow...




I had NO idea how beautiful the mountains in North Caroline are!! I really think I have to live there... I'd have more pictures of beautiful mountain scenery, but I had a new camera, and... well... I had the wrong memory card with me that day! drat drat drat!





The COOLEST old general store - complete with hanging hams and old-timers gripin' about the elections while they sat around the big wood stove in the middle. It was just TOO perfect...
