OBITUARY
Mrs. Cynthia Nelson, wife of David Nelson was born in the state of Tennessee April 20, 1844 and died surrounded by a host of relatives and friends at her home near Bismark April 28, 1907.
She gave her heart and life to God in early childhood and for more than fifty years followed him who said, "take my yoke upon you and learn of Me." After her conversion she united with the Freewill Baptist Church and remained a faithful member of the same until she bade adieu to earth to join the saints of Glory.
Her life emanating from a heart filled with God's love, was a great blessing, not only to her family, but to all who came into contact with her. Eternity alone will reveal the good done by this useful life.
A husband, two daughters, two sisters and two brothers, weepng that she is gone, but they weep not as those who have no hope, for she lived a Christian life, died a triumphant death and they expect to meet her when the labors of life are over. The funeral was preached by the writer at the family residence to a large audiaence after which we laid her to rest in the Dent graveyard to await the resurrection of the just.
