In one tablespoon of cooking oil, brown meat. When meat is thoroughly cooked (approximately 3-5 mins.), add whole tomatoes, crushing them into bites-sized pieces, and tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low-medium heat for 20 mins. Stir in cornstarch and add bell pepper strips. Salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste. Cover and cook another 5 mins or until peppers reach desired crispness. Serve over rice & enjoy!
