I will Enter His Gates

This poem was written by a friend of mine about one of God's greatest gifts tgo us....LOVE.

Our Blessing From Above

Love is a very special feeling
A feeling beyond compare.
The joy of being near someone,
For whom you really care.

Knowing that each day you live,
You'll never be alone.
Someone to share life's pleasures with,
Someone to call your own.

And when little things go wrong,
And you don't know just what to do...
You know that the one you love,
Will be there to see you through.

It is indeed a splendid thing,
This something we call love.
To me it is a miracle,
A blessing from above.

God Knows

When you are tired and discouraged from fruitless efforts...
God knows how hard you have tried.

When you've cried so long and your heart is in anguish...
God has counted your tears.

If you feel that your life is on hold and time has passed you by...
God is waiting with you.

When you're lonely and your friends are too busy even for a phone call...
God is by your side.

When you think you've tried everything and don't know where to turn...
God has a solution.

When nothing makes sense and you are confused or frustrated...
God has the answer.

If suddenly your outlook is brighter and you find traces of hope...
God has whispered to you.

When things are going well and you have much to be thankful for...
God has blessed you.

When something joyful happens and you are filled with awe...
God has smiled upon you.

When you have a purpose to fulfill and a dream to follow...
God has opened your eyes and called you by name.

Remember that wherever you are or whatever you are facing...
GOD KNOWS!!
I cling, I sing, I praise Your name,

Who AM I?
An Adaptation from Author Neil Anderson's Book, Victory Over Darkness.

Many of us, as Christians say we believe one thing about who we are in Christ but live out quite another. This is due to conditioning many times...and also due to other reasons. But the Bible tells us to renew our minds (with the truth about ourselves and our God). "The more you reaffirm your identity in Christ, the more your behavior will begin to reflect your true identity!"
