Recipe #5 for week May 3- May 10 1997
Low Fat Blueberry Muffins
2 cups of flour
2 tbsps of sugar
2 tsps of baking powder
1 tsp. of salt
1 beaten egg
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup of melted butter
1 cup of berries
Mix above together.Do not overmix.Bake at 400 degrees until done.



Recipe #4 for week April 26-May 3 1997
Donair Sauce
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of can milk
2 tbsps of vinegar
Whip above together until thick!

Recipe #3.Week of April 19-26

Peanut Butter Fudge

2 squares of butter(1 cup)
1 cup of peanut butter
Melt above ingredients on top of stove.Do Not Boil.
Remove from heat and add 4 cups of icing sugar,2 tsps
of vanilla.Mix Well.Press in Pan and chill.

Recipe #2.Week of April 12-19,1997
Pizza Dough
1/2 cup of warm water
4 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. of yeast(quick rise)
(Let yeast rise in the warm water and sugar for 10 minutes)
Combine:
4 cups of flour
1 and 1/2 tsps. of salt
(Now add yeast to this mixture but do not mix it in yet)
Add 1 and 1/2 cups of warm water and now mix all together.Form into 2 balls and let rise for approx. 1 hour.Makes enough dough for two large thick crust pizza's.


Recipe #1.Week of April 5-12,1997
Deep Dark Chocolate Cake
2 cups white sugar
1 and 3/4 cup of flour
3/4 cup of cocoa
1 and 1/2 tsp.baking powder
1 and 1/2tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. of salt
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of oil
2 tsp. of vanilla
1 cup of boiling water
Heat oven to 350 degrees.Grease and Flour two 9 inch cake pans,or one 9x13 rectangular pan.Mix all ingredients except boiling water together.Beat on medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.Remove from mixer and stir in boiling water.(Batter will be very thin.)Pour into baking pan,and bake for 30-35 minutes.Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.Makes a lovely moist cake!
