On December 8, 1999 I received an email from GSUSA informing me I am no longer allowed to provide you with any of the official images for GSUSA. As you know, I had tried several times to contact them with no replies. I had also let my Council Executive know of my attempts and still had not received a reply.
I apologize, but due to the images being copyrighted, I must do as asked. For the record, I am not at all pleased with their request. After hearing from thousands of troops, leaders and others involved in Girl Scouting and understanding how unhappy you are with the quality and availability of images from GSUSA - I thought I could provide you an alternative.
I suggest you email GSUSA if you are not happy with their decision and let them know your feelings on this issue.
It has been a pleasure helping you out as long as I have and I appreciate all the support you have given me through the years.
