Almeida Family -First Generation of American Citizens
The beginning of A Portugese -American Family
A week never passed they did not phone one another. A family so poor but yet so rich...
A memory in my mind of people who could cry and laugh together
So sad as children so happy as adults...
Children who loved a father who manage to support 22 children on a mason's income Two women who gave him children plus worked as mill workers... came home and took care of the children.. This is my mother's family.
