To qualify for membership to this prestigious club you must have a Homepage in Yahoo!Geocities that  offers a FREE service that provides  homepage help, high quality graphics or midi files.  If this is you  then complete the Application Form found on the index page.

Community Leaders automatically qualify to join HRC by completing the application form, once your details have been confirmed you will be submitted to the club.  Community Leaders will be required to assist with monitoring Chat Room/Forum and reporting broken links etc.

ALL Members will display the HRC LOGO (located at top of this page) on their homepage with a link back to http://www.oocities.org/Heartland/Hollow/1287/resource/

In recognition to being a member in HRC  a link to your homepage will be listed in the Members Pages.
