Love is Like | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
by: Kelly Brill | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Love is like the wind through the leaves of a tree, or like breath brushing down on your cheek. It's like a car screeching into a wreck, Love is like the sweet sound of a child, or the harsh sound of a door slamming shut. Love can be beautiful, or it could do harm. Love can touch your heart, or it could break it in two. Love can be between two or a family, Love can be between boy and dog, or baby and mother. Love can be special in its own way. Love can be confusing if you make it be. It could brighten your day or make it gloomy. But if you look on the good side, if you think of yourself as special, and if you are confident in yourself, it will take you far. |
