~Bears~

(My hubby is nicknamed "Bear"...a nickname his grandmother

gave him when he was a baby...later he became a police officer...so hence the nickname stuck!)

A room without a bear

is like a face without a smile.

Don't Feed the Bears

They're Stuffed !!

HEADLINE:

Bear takes over Disneyland in Pooh d'Etat

~~~
Here sits my teddy bear...
all tattered and torn...
Everybody loves him...
even though he's so worn.
His body is floppy....
His hair is a mess...
But I love him dearly
and he loves me best.
~~~

I wish I were a Teddy Bear...

the more worn out you get,

the more valuable you become.

~~~
(idea for a birthday invitation with tolder holding his/her teddy)
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,
torn and tattered,
You were there
when it really mattered !
(This was a poem sent in by a visitor who put this around the edge
of her kids twin size headboard...shows four teddy bears hanging
on a clothesline with bubbles floating up from the bottom.)
~~~

Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear turn around.

Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear touch the ground.

Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear show your shoe.

Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear that will do.

Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear turn out the light.

Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear say "Good Night !"

(A visitor to my site said this was a little poem her mom told her every night at bedtime)

~~~
The bad thing about Teddy Bears is that
they don't hug you back !
~~~

The nicest dreams that will ever be

are the dreams shared by my teddy and me.

~~~
There's a rip and a tear
in my teddy bear.
Love pours from
him everywhere.
