But each of my little patches holds a memory of you.
And when I feel alone and sad and need to have you here.
I'll pull the quilt around me and feel you drawing near.
I'll stroke again each little patch and cherish what they mean.
And, wrapped within my patchwork quilt you'll be with me once again.
