Ingredients
6 apples (Granny Smith, Winesap or Jonathan) peeled, cored, thin sliced
1/2 cup apple butter
2 cups Grape-Nuts cereal
Love the aroma !
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Mix apple slices with the apple butter in a large bowl.
Put this mixture into a 9x13x2 inch baking pan.
Sprinkle the Grape-Nut cereal over the top.
Bake for 1 hour.
Serve warn or at room temperature.
The cooking softens the cereal, but not enough to lose the crunch!
Serves about 4 to 6 people. For those of you who watch it,
this recipe is fat free, so endulge and serve with vanilla ice cream.
Lemon Pudding Cake For Two
Ingredients
1 egg separated (we will separate it but not You Two)
1/2 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of whole milk
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
dash of salt (about 1/8 teaspoon)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a mixing bowl beat the egg yoke.
Add sugar , milk , flour, lemon juice, lemon peel, dash of salt,
and beat this in with egg yoke till it is smooooooooooooth.
In a separate bowl , beat your egg white until stiff Peaks form.
Gently fold this in with the lemon mixture.
Pour this into two ungreased 6 oz. custurd cups, and they will be real full.
Place the cups in an 8 inch square baking pan, and then
pour boiling water into the pan to a depth of 1 inch.
Bake them in oven for about 40 to 45 minutes or until
a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
The top should be a nice golden brown.
Chill them and serve them to your Honey or Sweetie ,
with a dollop of whipped cream.

This is one of my ALL Time Favorite desserts !
It is a tad difficult to create though.
Rip open Package of Oreo Cookies ( Double Middle is Best)
Place 7 or 8 Oreo Cookies , whole or broken, into a LARGE drinking Glass.
Now take carton of Whole Milk and fill the glass to the top.
Grab Spoon and DIG IN ! heh heh heh
