It's a lovely world
wherever you look~
From the sky of blue
to the babbling brook,
The old rail fence
that is quaint and dear~
Mother Nature's charms
since the autumn's here.
It's a precious world
with it's gladness rare,
With this day sumpreme
and the night so fair,
The sunshine bright
on leaves of gold,
With hope and faith
as the days unfold.
It's a charming old world
with its smiles and tears,
With tomorrow's dreams
that can banish fears;
A peaceful morn
in the wake of the dawn
With a world of joy
we can gaze upon.
It's a lovely old world,
if we'd make it such,
And see the work of
the Master's touch,
The smile of God
as we go our way~~
In our hearts we know it's a lovely day.

I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself what a wonderful world.
I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to myself what a wonderful world.
The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shaking hands saying how do you do
They're really saying I love you.
I hear babies cry, I watch them grow
They'll learn much more than I'll ever know
And I think to myself what a wonderful world
Yes I think to myself what a wonderful world.
