Reading from A-Z is a complete reading system. Although the complete reading system costs, there are many free resources such as phonic and leveled readers to download.

SPELLING
Free Spelling Course by Marie -- There's no indication of grade, but appears to be middle school. This could also work for the highschooler needing some basic instruction on spelling as it teaches spelling rules.
