Council office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).

We moved into the new East Bay Youth Leadership Training Center on 12/28/99. It is a great Scouting meeting and event facility, located one block west of the San Leandro Bart Station.
