DEN CHIEF TRAINING
 Den chief training is now scheduled for January 24, 1998 at Castro Valley High School during Pow Wow/University of Scouting.

Den Chiefs and Prospective Dan Chiefs: Den Chief Training is being offered as an all-day course open to interested Scouts with First Class rank or higher and at least 13 years of age.

Purpose of the Training
  • Be Prepared to work with the Den Leader
  • Be Prepared to teach and work with Cub Scouts
  • Be Prepared to be an example and open-minded to young Cub Scouts

    LOCATION: Castro Valley High School, 19400 Santa Maria Ave, Castro Valley.

    REGISTRATION: Received at Council Service Center by Wed. Dec 31

    AGENDA:
    7:30am Check-in and late registration
    8:30am Sessions begin
    12:00pm Lunch (bring a sack lunch)
    3:30pm Closing

    COST: $12 per Scout (includes Den Chief Book, trained patch, insurance, training materials and snacks)
