This picture was taken July 29th, 1998 while on vacation in Kentucky. What an incredibly beautiful state. This was taken in Frankfort, Kentucky. The capital building. From a sightseeing point at 1,000 feet up. It was near 100 degree's this day. You could not touch the car. Thank goodness for air conditioning.. it really was a scorcher.
