Bulgogi (Korean barbequed beef)

         Partially freeze 2 lbs. of beef sirloin or round.
         Slice the partially frozed beef as thinly as possible.
         Marinate the sliced beef in:

                          3 green onions, chopped   
               4 cloves garlic, crushed
               5 T soy sauce
               2 T sesame oil
               1/4 c. sugar
               1  1/2 T toasted sesame seed
               1/8 t pepper
               5 T of pear juice or water

Let sit overnight in marinade.  Stir fry quickly in hot pan.  
           Serve with rice and kim chee.
