World's Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup Crisco®
1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 3 eggs 1 t. vanilla extract 3 cups unsifted flour 1 t. baking soda 1 t. salt 1 (12 oz) package chocolate chips Preheat oven to 375º. In large bowl, cream Crisco®, sugars, eggs, vanilla, soda, and salt. Stir in flour. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop from teaspoon, about 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheets. Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until VERY lightly browned. Remove from oven just before the cookies seem done, while they are still quite soft. Let sit a few minutes before removing to cooling rack. Store in airtight container. These cookies will stay soft, if you've done it right. :o) ENJOY!!!
