If I could take God's pallet and paint the sky more blue...
And set the sun to smile a deeper golden hue...
If I could hang a rainbow above each cloudy sky
And send softer, soothing breezes to help sweet birds to fly
If I could help the wind to sing a peaceful, calming song
And guide the cooling ocean waves to move the sand along
I'd do it in a heart beat...and get down on my knees
And pray to spirits in the sky to set your life at ease...
I wish, dear friend, to make you smile and laugh and, yes, to sing!!!
I wish for you the very best of each and every thing.
So, take my thoughts...they come with love...to help you on your way...
My prayers are sent, not just for now, but every single day!!!
God's colors shine without my thoughts...they sparkle and they blaze
They fill the world with faith and love...they shine through nights and days...
So, I know He hears my heartfelt prayer sent for you today
And I know that there are angels sent to guide your way.
