Take The Time
Is time so dear we can't afford
to stop our day's routine,
to think about our purpose here,
our debt to those unseen?
Is life so hard we cannot stop
to smile at those in need,
to speak a warm "Hello" to them?
To cheer by some small deed?
The time we take to meditate
on things that we believe
is worth the extra effort
for the blessings we receive
