Clothespin Butterflies

Materials Needed:



Flatten the coffee filter and place on the newspaper or cardboard. Dab the coffee filter on the ripple part with the bingo marker. Let dry for about 5-10 minutes. Draw two eyes and a mouth on the clothespin where the clothespin clips together. Then take your pipecleaner and bend in half. Bend the tips over to make small circles for the antenae. Open the clothespin and place the pipecleaner inside and then close. Cut a small piece of the magnet tape and place it on the opposite side of the face. When coffee filter is dry , gather the middle and clip it in the clothespin. Fan out the coffee filter. And there's your butterfly.





Bird Feeder

Materials Needed:



Punch two holes on one end of the toilet paper roll. Tie the ends of the yarn through the holes. Spread the peanut butter all over the toilet paper roll. Roll in the bird seed that is in the pie pan. Hang in your favorite tree.





Bird Nest

Materials Needed:


Decide on the size you would like the nest to be. Draw it with the compass then draw another circle in the middle. Cut out the larger circle and cut slits from the outside edge to the center circle. About 8 slits should do it. Weave the yarn in and out of the slits in different ways. Once finished the sides should be pulled up to make the sides of the nest. Place 2-3 cotton balls in the center for eggs.





Warm Fuzzies

Materials needed:

Glue the pom poms in a row on the piece of felt. Cut the felt around the pom poms keeping them together. This will make your worm. Glue on googley eyes.
