Green Water Bloom
We all experience a "bloom" of algae that causes the water to turn green,
sometimes as green as pea soup.... However, there are a number of cures for this
phenomenon.
- Leave it alone. Algae, especially suspended algae is good for your pond. A
little algae on your liner will protect it from the harmful UV rays. Within a
couple of weeks, the bloom should clear on it's own. You may indeed see two or more
blooms per season.
- If you just cannot wait, and must be tinkering with the pool of water all of the time,
if you cannot keep the grubbies out of it, just won't let it go...... Press
