Alabama - Style Shrimp Bake

1 c. butter or margarine, melted
3/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs. salt
1 tbs. pepper
1 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 tbs. hot sauce
3 tbs. garlic powder
2 1/2 lb. unpeeled lg. or jumbo shrimp
2 lemons, thinly sliced
1 med. onion, thinly sliced

Combine first 9 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside. Rinse shrimp with cold water; drain well. Layer shrimp, lemon slices, and onion slices in an ungreased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Pour butter mixture over shrimp. Bake uncovered, at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, basting occasionally with pan juices. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired.

California Skillet

1 pound hamburger
1 small onion chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 cups water
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 (12 oz) can corn, undrained
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup uncooked macaroni (measure dry)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

In large skillet, brown the meat and onion. Drain fat. Add all remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes, or unti macaroni is tender. Uncover, and sprinkle with cheese. Stir well. Continue cooking until cheese is melted.


Cheeseburger 'N' Fries Casserole

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 20-oz.pkg frozen crinkle cut french fries
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

In a skillet, brown the beef; drain. Stir in the soups. Pour into a greased 13x9x2-in.baking dish. Arrange fries on top and baked uncovered at 350 for 45 - 5- minutes. or until fries are golden brown. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake just until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.


Cheese Whiz and Tater Dinner

1 lb ground beef
1 pkg. (16 oz) frozen bite-size seasoned potatoes
1 jar (8 oz) Cheez Whiz process cheese sauce
1 cup salsa

Brown meat; drain. Mix meat and remaining ingredients. Spoon into 13X9-inch baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

Yield: 4 - 6 servings


Ham and Cheese Bundles

1 c. finely chopped cooked ham
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (2 oz.)
1 1/2 tbs. spicy brown mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 8 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls

Combine all ingredients except rolls. Mix. Unfold dough and separate into 4 rectangles, pressing perforations to seal. Spoon some ham mixture into center of each rectanble. Fold in half and pinch dough to seal. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 14-17 minutes until golden brown. Brush the finished bundles with a little soft butter.
