My first impulse even before I looked at the page, was this:

 

There will be wars and rumors of wars until Christ returns.

Man can and should try to bring about peace,

but there will be a deciding battle. Some think it has occurred -

some think it means an ACCUMULATION of ALL the blood lost

since humans were first created, through wars. But whatever the interpretation

...I personally believe there will be no world peace until Christ returns to "take over".

 

Notwithstanding this, I also believe ethnic and so called Holy wars

are ridiculous in this enlightened age, and am all for anyone trying to do

anything he or she can, to promote understanding and whatever peace one can.

I applaud you for this website, and look forward to finding the time to read

what you have and will be posting on these pages.

 

I believe in Christ alone for my salvation, but that does not mean that I am God

-in the sense that I have the right to eliminate all others who believe differently

from the way that I do. NOR do they have the right to eliminate me because of my beliefs!

If I were attacked to be killed (myself ) by a group with different beliefs,

then I at least would feel that I had to try to protect myself and my family...but I

do not want to ever be the attacker, unless I am riding with Christ at the

Battle of Armageddon,  if that is to be my destiny -as I don't know  exactly

how to interpret that part of Scripture. I only know that I am on His side

-whatever that will entail. Until then, I choose not to fight, as until then,

I am not even sure if He wants me to fight...except in self defense.
