SHOW-CAR CAFE PICTURES AND REVIEWS


The new "Alan Jackson Show-car Cafe" is now open. The doors opened on
May 7th for breakfast!!! Located at the corner of Parkway 66 and Sugar Hollow
Road in Pigeon Forge Tennesse, it is like taking a trip to Alan's home. The decor is a
down-home, country theme. It showcases his favorite recording and touring
memorabilia, his first tour bus "Old Blue", and a changing display of 8 show-cars from
different catogories. Home-cooked Southern favorites are the fare at the cafe.
The menu feature's Jackson family recipes, especially those concocted
by his mom and featured in his cookbook. Hamburgers and other traditional
American favorites are also available, but the specialties are the ones
found only in the Jackson household.

The menu tell about Alan's "Viper". It states: Alan is the original owner of the 1992 built, 1993 purchased Dodge Viper. He drove to the dealership in Lexington, Kentucky and personally picked the car up. Number 188 out of 200 has never been in the rain and is stored in a climate controlled garage that Alan jokingly refers to as his "museum". Equipment that has been added includes custom exhaust, polished aluminum wheels and a 4 point racing harness. The new home for Alan's Viper is center stage at Alan Jackson's Showcar Cafe, Pigeon Forge, TN.
