NAM XIEU, Ly Premo's niece, coordinated construction of the Whitehouse East facility with the contractor, ACD Limited, in 1998 and manages its day-to-day operations. Recently, the Washington, DC Whitehouse Chief of Staff resigned and this was my comment: Thank goodness this resignation was at the Whitehouse in Washington DC and not at the Whitehouse East in Vietnam.
