One fine evening upon returning home from work, I was greeted by the most precious little boy. He was so happy to see me....and to show me how he had redecorated mommy's kitchen!!


All I could do is say "holy..." and laugh!! Afterall, he was so proud of his accomplishment!!!!

As I scavenged through the leftovers, I found out the he knew where all of his treats and snacks were...even the forbidden Pancake syrup!!!

Ah yes the pancake syrup......well evidently Ms. Tomi (although still in her cage) was not as innocent as she presumed to be. She had been telling Scooter (oh yes, they definately communicate with one another)...what to bring her, which of course on top of her cage was a container with pancake syrup in it. I wish I had gotten a picture of it....

.....I was just glad he went after his snacks and not the other potentially harmful things.

After a little investigating and observing....it seems Ms. Tomi was letting him out of his cage. The cages were free standing and she was able to tilt it over just enough for the bottom to separate.....and free her brother!! Their cages are now secured to the wall....and we have had no more escapes since!!! Actually, this was the second escape....

So, this is just another chapter in "Adventures of Tomi and Scooter".....The saga continues....
