The Shoemaker Family Album
This is a picture of my great-great grandfather, William Henry Shoemaker and his wife, Elizabeth Redman. It was taken about 1910 in Harlan County, Kentucky.It's not the best picture of them, but something is better than nothing!
This is a picute of my great grandfather, King Hezikiah Shoemaker, with his second wife, Hazel Maude Mooney. These are all of his children from both marriages, except my grandfather, Monroe Shoemaker.It also includes one grandchild. This was taken about 1956 in Harlan County, Kentucky.

This is King's first wife, Ida Elvira Johnson Shoemaker. She was a schoolteacher for the Harlan County School System.
