The United Kingdom's relations with most other countries has been destroyed because of the Spice Girls. Hey, the Spice Girls are British! The British still have good relations with the Americans and Spanish, however.
They have established a blockade on all goods coming in or going out of
Portugal. The weak British blockade cant keep out all ships, and quite a few
get through.
