Queen Victoria's control over Panama will severly affect the war effort, and world trading. Victoria has had her workers block up the Panama Canal and not let any ships through except for S.G. ships. The Gulf of Panama is crawling with patrol boats. Efforts by Britain, China, and other countries trying to blow up the dams in the canal have failed. Also, Victoria's forces have captured several million dollars worth of goods from passing ships.
