I would like to say, "Thank You" and give credit to the
following for some of the graphics used here:

PLEASE respect other people's work, and give them credit
wherever and whenever it is appropriate. Unfortunately, even
some of those listed below were forced to limit their "free"
distribution of graphics, because others have misused them.
Some are now charging a $cost for their graphics, because
others were not being honest with their use of them.

You shouldn't just copy a graphic (anyone's graphics), and put
it up on your page! Credit MUST be given to the creators.
