I have a friend that she is like my sister. Her husband's daddy have been really sick and the doctor said that he has dementia. He is most of the time talking about the past and then he starts talking about his mom and she is dead, etc. My friend's husb nd is pretty worried and I would like to help him and also his mom in some way. Can you give an advise pls? I will appreciate your help. They dont want to face it that he has dementia or something like Alhz. Thanks and have a wonderful day. God bless you

I signed your guest book when my mother passed into eternal life. I am still greaving and it seem's no one understands. I am writing now because my dad's sister is in the last stage of this terrible diease,and is in a home. I spend as much time with her as I can. She doesn't know me or her son. But I know what a great lady she is and so does my cousin. She will be 86 De ember the 23rd. I am still in need of alot of prayer's. For myself in losing my mother and now soon my Aunt Emma. My mother passed into eternal life 6-28-98 after having alzheimer's for almost 6 years, I went through all the phases and know first hand what you are talking about. I took care of her at home and went throught all the phases you mentioned here. I was wi h her until her last breath and it has been 3 weeks now since her passing and I still am going through alot of feelings of my loss and am trying to get back to a normal life again,whatever that is. My mother was the center of my life so long that now I am lost. Hopefully I'll get through this with God's help. Need a lot of prayer's. thanks for listening Esther

Found out in Jan that my mother has ad. She is into the second stage after having kept her illiness to herself for what appeared many years. I just bought my computer 3 weeks ago and am new to using them. The first subject I looked up was ad and got into site with the virtual carer chat line. On this line I was given your site for additional info. Just started to read your items but already am grateful to you. Thanks Patty
