TO
CAMILLE'S CORNER

Camille was adopted in August 1987 at the RSPCA Home For Lost And Starving Dogs in Bristol, England. I was there for an extended stay, took one look at her, had to have her, and brought her back Stateside. Camille is a typical Brit, frowns upon every other living being, except myself who she allows to cater to her every whim. Camille was diagnosed with Chronic Renal Failure in August 1998. I give her 100ml of Lactated Ringers Solution SubQ every other day along with an oral suspension of Vitamin D3. Unfortunately, in April, Camille was diagnosed with Cutaneous Malignant Lymphoma an extremly rare cancer. The girl is not doing as well now, I'm going to make her as comfortable as possible and treat her accordingly. Camille still sits on a pedestal where she thinks she belongs due to her heritage and continues to run this home. One of Camille's many nicknames is Matilda, hence the music.

Goodbye, My Beautiful English Rose...
August 15, 1987 - June 30, 1999

"Farewell, Master, yet not farewell,
Where I go, ye, too, shall dwell.
I am gone, before your face,
A moment's time, a little space.
When ye come where I have stepped
Ye will wonder why ye wept."

~ Edwin Arnold ~

Someone left this poem in my guestbook, If you come
back to Camille's Site, Please Tell Me Who
You Are...It is so Beautiful.

Beautiful Camille so royal and true, our prayers reach to heaven for your mom and you.
You came into this world with beauty that unfurled for us to see what you would be.
A woman with kind and gentle love flew to you like a sweet peace dove with open heart and open arms.
You find she is your protection from worldly harms.
So sit proudly upon your throne, our dear friend for the joy you give will never end.
Oh beautiful Camille so royal and true, our prayers reach to heaven for your mom and you. MH '99
