In Michigan, with Lorraine and family

I arrived in Eastpointe today! Angela and Loraine were thrilled to
see me. We went to a wedding rehearsal and a dinner afterwards. I got
into a lively conversation with Erin, Fetch, Tracker, Whisper. I fell
asleep at midnight, and when I fell asleep, all of them were still
awake, except for Angela- she went to sleep long before I did!

Good morning everyone! When I awoke, almost everyone in the house was
awake. Angela set up my room this morning and then she had to go to
school for a while. While she was gone, Erin showed me around the
house. Angela put her shoe under her bedroom door so we can go in and
out, but we won't be going in the basement, because of Oreo, their big
black Labrador. I don't think that Indy the cat will bother us much
though.
After the tour, the beanies and I played a game of hide-and-seek, and
then we ate lunch. Peanut butter and jelly! After lunch, we helped
Fetch take a bath, because he slipped into a puddle of jelly. In the
end, we all ended up sharing his bath!
Angela came home from school, and she palyed her clarinet for me for a
while. She is very good. After dinner we went to an awards ceremony
for Angela. She recieved a bronze medal and a school letter for
getting a 3.5 grade-point average in school last year. After the
awards ceremony, we came home and climbed into bed.

Angela left for school this morning, and the beanies and I took turns
riding on my tricycle. We had so much fun! After we ate luch and
took a nap. For some reaason, we just got tired. The all of a
sudden, everyone was home early. Loraine and her husband had to get
ready for a wedding, and Angela and I helped her Granny set up some
items at a craft show. When we came home, we played computer pinball
and went to bed.

Today, we got up, got dressed, ate breakfast, and went to East Detroit
High School. See, today was the day of their Homecoming Football
game, and Angela was in the Homecoming parade, playing the clarinet,
along with the rest of the band from Kelly Middle School. I stayed
with Loraine while Angela walked the parade- it was a long way! Our
next door neighbor who was a former school board member was the Grand
Marshall of the parade. We waved "hi" to him and all of the others we
recognized along the way, like Angela's classmates and Cadette girl
scout members.
After the parade, we came home and ate lunch, then Angela's friend
Carolyn came over to play they helped the rest of us beanies hide when
we played hide-and-seek. Poor Prance went and hid on the roof, and
got scared and couldn't get down. Angela's dad had to climb up and
help her down. Boy, she won't do that again!
We ate dinner, and afterwards, we took some pictures to send to the
others. We watched the Detroit Red Wings play the Toronto Maple Leafs
for the last time at Maple Leaf Gardens. Loraine and her family like
sports a lot. The really like the Red Wings, but they were losing
when I saw the score last. Hopefully they will win!
Well that's all for now! I will write again in a couple of days!
Bye!
Peace
