      Title: Chocolate Fruit Fondue
 Categories: Low-fat, Mcdougall
      Yield: 1 servings
 
      2 tb Wonderslim cocoa powder
      1 tb Cornstarch
    1/4 c  Water
      1 cn Apple juice concentrate;
           -(12 oz) thawed
      2 ts Vanilla
      4 c  Mixed fresh fruit; cut into
           -chunks
 
  Combine the cocoa powder and cornstarch in a saucepan. Slowly add the
  water while stirring to make a smooth paste. Stir in the apple juice
  concentrate and vanilla. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly,
  until thickened, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a fondue pot or chafing
  dish to keep warm. Dip pieces of fruit into the warm sauce.

  Recipe Hint:  Use a variety of fruit, such as strawberries, bananas,
  apples, mangoes, papaya, or melons. We very often serve this when we
  have guests. It is fun to sit around the fondue pot after dinner,
  dunking chunks of fresh fruit into chocolate sauce.
