      Title: Creamy Vege Soup
 Categories: Low-fat, Mcdougall
      Yield: 1 servings
 
  2 1/2 c  Water
      1    Cauliflower; cut into large
           Pieces
      1 sm Onion; coarsely chopped
      1 ts Minced fresh garlic
      1 c  Frozen hash brown potatoes
           --- chopped
    1/2 c  Baby carrots
      1    Celery; coarsely chopped
    1/4 c  Soy sauce
    1/2 c  Cashews
    3/4 ts Cardamom
 
  Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil, cover,
  and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, or until all the vegetables
  are tender. Blend in batches in a food processor or blender and serve
  hot, garnished with thinly sliced green onions, if desired.
