Winter Wonderland!
Welcome! Since we had so much snow this year, I wanted to
add this site with a few of my favorite snow pictures I found
on the net. Although winter seems to be a lingering season &
this certainly has been a bad winter for us, I still appreciate
the beauty of white glisten snowflakes as they fall from the sky &
covers everything with a blanket of snow. But at the same time,
I'm also looking forward to warmer weather with the sun, birds,
flowers and trees. I think there's nothing compares to the sun
shining on a warm Spring day, where the earth looks as though a
light bulb was turned on & everything shines from all around. In
fact, this is my favorite time of the year.
I never actually talked much about this, but everytime I see
snow it reminds me of Doug whom I have been married for 22
years. On our first date we sat in his car & enjoyed the beauty of
snow, as it hung from branches of trees & sparkle like
diamonds
reflecting from the moon's light. We fell in love that night & every-
time winter approaches, my mind goes soaring back to our earlier years
when we were young. So as one gets older there's always memories that
are like little treasures in your mind, where you can go back again &
again to visit, for a special moment in your life that is yours and
yours alone.
Since I have given you a small piece of information about us I
selected this song as a reminder to me, that little did I know when

Definition of snow-Watery particular congealed in the air, and
falling into flakes. Snowflakes are six-sided frozen rain drops and
according to science, there are no two snowflakes alike. They are clear
flakes and when accumulated on the ground, we see white snow. Reflect-
ion of light off the snowflakes makes it look white to the eye. That
is the reason snow glistens especially at night.
I think snow
is one the most beautiful wonders of Mother Nature. If you have
never seen snow before, then it is like the Ocean- something you
have to see to appreciate.
Recipe for Snow Ice Cream
Large bowl of snow...pour a small amount of
sweet milk slowly to form a thick mixture...
Add sugar (about 2 cups) more if needed...2 tablespoons
of vanilla extract...keep frozen
p.s. (wait until a few heavy snows has fallen
before making snow ice cream)
