These are the seven children of James Monroe and Laura Jane (Young) Bastin.They are, top row, left to right: Samuel S. Bastin, (William) McKinley Bastin, James Elbert "Jimmy" Bastin. Seated, left to right: First three unsure of order but they are: Maggie B. Bastin who married Wilbur Hutchinson, Alonzo Skidmore and Louis Daniels; Ida Pearl Bastin who married ??? Brandenburger and then Wiley Owens; Rosa Evilena Bastin who married Stanley Brandenburger. Can any one identify which is which? Two of these stayed in Kentucky, But Rosa went to Ohio. The last lady seated is Cora Alice Bastin who married Conley Bradley Stephens. Samuel, Jimmy and Cora came to Shelbyville, IN. And McKinley was in Indianapolis, IN. Photo taken 1951.
