Hints:

Eating Right!
- In order to stay in shape, you should start with
a balanced diet! Every morning NEVER, NEVER skip breakfast, no matter
how much in a hurry you are! Every morning, if I am running late,
I just grab a big glass of milk & that keeps me going all day!
Another thing is avoid Coke especially, there was a report on how Coke
doesn't benefit you nutritionally, all it does is make you gain calories.
Have a balanced dinner too!

Exercising Daily!
- Every day, EXERCISE, EXERCISE! Whether it's
a 15 minute jog in the morning before work or school, or if it's going
to the gym or even taking Physical Education in school. Everyday
I take Physical Education & we start by exercising & stretching
out. Then, we take 2 laps around the field. Afterwards, we
play a game or the sport of the season. It really is a fun class
if you have a nice teacher. Anything you can do to exercise,
do it!
Staying in Shape
for cheerleading:
-
Splits DAILY!
- Everyday, try to do a split or work on splits.
REMEMBER ALWAYS, ALWAYS STRETCH FIRST!!! You can seriously pull a
muscle if you don't!! Go a little further out each day &
pretty soon, you'll perfect it!

Sit-Ups! - Each
day, we are supposed to do sit-ups for Cheerleading. We're supposed
to do 30 a night & some in the morning. I myself, do at least
30 a night anyways. You feel a lot much thinner after you've just
done the 30 for that night alone! You'll notice A LOT of improvement
in your strength too!

Stretching! -
Everyday, try to stretch out & work on your flexibility.
You'll be able to do your stunts & everything much better!
